Life in Chornobyl - Sept 2021
In September 2021 I made my 2nd visit to the Chornobyl exclusion zone. Little did I know this one would only become more surreal just a few months later, when the image of Russian tanks rolling into Ukraine would become commonplace in the news. I thought of Vasyli (last image) and his wife, the kind people who fed us during our visit. I hope that they’re okay.
